Advantages of CEREC Omnicam
  • Precise 3D images in natural color
  • Powder-free Scanning
  • Unrivaled handling
  • Fast and precise full-arch scans

Powder-free Scanning
The CEREC Omnicam allows you to take a coating-free scan of the natural tooth substance and gingiva. This saves you an extra work step, reduces the learning curve and makes impression-taking more pleasant and time-saving than ever before

Ergonomic and efficient scanning
CEREC Omnicam sits perfectly into the user's hand. Thanks to the slimline design and the compact camera tip, scanning the posterior teeth presents no problem. Regardless of whether the patient is sitting upright or reclining, you can scan the upper and lower jaws ergonomically without having to adjust your natural working posture.

Digital impressions as a continuous video process
Taking a digital impression with the CEREC Omnicam is a continuous video process. Simply take the camera out of the holder and guide the CEREC Omnicam closely along the teeth. Time-consuming preparations for a precise intraoral impression are not necessary.

Precise 3D images in natural color
The precise 3D model allows you to clearly differentiate between the preparation margin and the gingiva. This enables the exact definition of the preparation margin during the subsequent designing process in the CEREC software.

Fast and precise full-arch scans
The guided scanning feature helps you to create a digital impression of the entire jaw quickly and precisely with the CEREC Omnicam. The software is designed so that it is easy to learn The feedback function and detailed instructions let you know what you need to do at all times. This simple handling means that impressions can be easily delegated to your assistant. Digital data allows rapid export to external service providers for aligners or complex laboratory indications.

CEREC Omnicam variations
  • CEREC AC (Acquisition Center) -The mobile cart versionWith the CEREC AC with Omnicam, all components (camera system, PC and screen) are integrated in a central imaging unit. Scanning and designing is done centrally with the CEREC AC. Thanks to our integrated uninterruptible power supply, the unit can be easily moved to another treatment room and is an optimal solution for most dental practices. CEREC AC has been continually developed over the past three decades and clinically tested by more than 38,000 users.
  • CEREC AF (Acquisition Flex) -The flexible tabletop unitCEREC AF comprises the individual components of CEREC Omnicam including camera tray and PC monitor. The camera can be easily taken from one treatment room to another - a big advantage for joint practices and practices with several locations. Scanning and designing can be done separately. For example, you can make the design in the first treatment room and your assistant or colleague can start a new scan in the next one.
  • CEREC AI(Aquisition Integration) -The integrated, economic versionFor many CEREC users, CEREC treatment is a fixed part of the daily workflow. With the CEREC AI, Dentsply Sirona now offers a suitable solution It consists of a CEREC Omnicam with a tray that is integrated into the TENEO treatment center by means of a separate support arm and PC with screen. The CEREC Omnicam is thus easily accessible even in the 12 o'clock position. Both you and your patient can see everything directly on the treatment center screen or the tablet provided.

CEREC Speed Fire is the smallest and fastest sintering furnace on the market and can typically sinter a crown in 10 to 15 minutes. The advantages of full-contour zirconia can thus also be used for chairside treatment. If required, a glaze can be applied with the CEREC Speed Glaze that can be fired in just a few minutes in the CEREC Speed Fire.

Besides CEREC Zirconia, CEREC Speed Fire can also process partner materials, such as IPS e.max CAD (Ivoclar Vivadent) or Suprinity PC (VITA).

CEREC Speed Fire Features
  • LED Status IndicationDifferent colors indicate current status of process
  • Induction TechnologyExtremely fast heating cycles
  • Touch-DisplayIntuitive operation
  • Intelligent ConnectivityThe CEREC software sends an order with all necessary information to the furnace
  • Super Speed ChamberCarries up to 3 single crowns or one 3-unit bridge (max. length of 31 mm sintered)

How does Sintering work with CEREC Speed Fire

The induction furnace CEREC SpeedFire combines the processes of sintering and glazing in one compact, user-friendly device. This makes it possible to use all the strengths of zirconium dioxide for a chairside treatment. The CEREC SpeedFire reaches a maximum heating rate of 300 Degree C per minute - no preheating or holding temperatures are necessary. Its induction technology ensures a perfectly homogeneous temperature distribution. The extremely short sintering times are determined by the dry milling of the pre-sintered material. A drying process of several hours is not necessary. Its dimensions make the CEREC SpeedFire a compact device that fits in any practice.

Which materials can be processed in CEREC SpeedFire

CEREC SpeedFire can process CEREC Zirconia as well as CEREC Zirconia meso, CELTRA DUO, and all CEREC Blocs. Furthermore, the furnace is authorized to process IPS.emax CAD (by Ivoclar Vivadent) and VITA Suprinity (by VITA).

The final restoration in just a few steps
  • Step 1 ScanSpare your patients the discomfort of a conventional impression tray. Use the CEREC Omnicam, our small powder-free color camera, for precise 3D images in natural color. New Use the Open Scan Export to easily export your scanned cases as STL files.
  • Step 2 DesignAfter analyzing the complete scan, the CEREC software generates outstanding restoration proposals. This takes you to the production stage faster. You benefit from the simple and visually appealing user interface.
  • Step 3ProduceThe CEREC grinding and milling unit and CEREC software are optimally matched. Milling or grinding a ceramic (or solid zirconia) restoration design is extremely precise, giving the restorations smooth surfaces and edges and very fine fissures.
